The Senior Marketing Manager plays a critical execution-focused role supporting the Regional Marketing Director in delivering high-impact, localized marketing programs that drive commercial growth. This role translates strategy into action — coordinating campaign builds, adapting content, managing program execution, and ensuring flawless operational delivery across the region. Working as a central partner to Sales and the Global Marketing Centers of Excellence (CoEs), the Senior Marketing Manager brings global initiatives to life with local relevance while maintaining consistency, quality, and speed. They ensure that regional campaigns, content, and activations are executed on time, on brand, and aligned to commercial priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Localize and adapt global campaign materials — including messaging, creative assets, case studies, and proof points — ensuring regional accuracy, consistency, and impact.
- Translate strategic direction from the RMD into actionable campaign briefs, timelines, and requirements for the Marketing Operations, Storytelling, and Product Marketing CoEs.
- Manage intake, coordination, and feedback for local campaign builds, automation workflows, landing pages, translations, PR and social localization, and other operational requests.
- Support the creation and deployment of regional thought leadership, working with subject‑matter experts to draft, edit, or coordinate articles, webinars, or commentary.
- Ensure all localized content adheres to brand, tone, and global narrative guidelines.
Program Activation & Enablement
- Work with the Marketing Automation Specialist to execute digital-first demand generation programs across the region — including email, paid social, webinars, ABM tactics, and virtual events.
- Partner with Sales to deliver localized playbooks, outreach copy, sales enablement materials, and campaign follow‑up guidance.
- Support planning, logistics, and on‑the‑ground coordination for limited in‑person initiatives such as client events, sponsorships, or market-specific activations.
- Maintain local marketing calendars, timelines, and program documentation to ensure alignment with Sales and global partners.
Commercial & Regional Support
- Work closely with the RMD to align execution with commercial objectives, priority segments, and revenue goals.
- Track and surface local customer insights, competitive context, and cultural nuances that can enhance campaign tailoring.
- Maintain continuous alignment with regional Sales leaders to ensure responsiveness and timely delivery of marketing support.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor campaign and channel performance, ensuring accurate measurement of engagement, MQLs, pipeline influence, and lead flow.
- Prepare recurring dashboards, reports, and qualitative summaries for the RMD and Sales stakeholders.
- Identify optimization opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve performance or refine localization.
- Maintain data hygiene and process compliance across all marketing systems and workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for CoE teams, ensuring smooth workflow, timely reviews, and clear communication on requirements and deadlines.
- Support the RMD in global planning cycles by gathering regional insights, campaign feedback, and executional considerations.
- Uphold Worldpanel by Numerator brand standards across all assets, campaigns, and regional communications.
- Manage budget and help track and invoice processing.

- Proven experience executing integrated marketing campaigns; familiarity with global-to-local marketing environments strongly preferred.

- Hands‑on experience with digital marketing channels — email, paid social, webinars/events, and marketing automation platforms.
