Role Purpose
Reporting to the Global Client Lead for Unilever, the Global Team Lead is responsible for managing the service team supporting Unilever Global CMI, Marketing and Customer teams to drive revenue growth and increase client impact and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership
- Lead the Global Client Service team, supporting individual development and team impact.
- Foster an innovative culture and mindset in the team.
- Client Leadership
- Lead contact point for Global Unilever teams.
- Position Worldpanel as an innovated trusted, strategic partner to global clients.
- Identify opportunities to build impact, network and pipeline across client contacts.
- Lead and support delivery of high impact projects.
- Commercial
- Manage and grow revenue sourced from Global Unilever teams.
- Support local market Unilever revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify repeatable and scalable services that can be monetized.
- Provide market, competitor, and client insight to inform decision-making.
- Network Leadership
- Ensure strong collaboration with local and Europanel teams.
- Oversee global data delivery to Unilever from the Europanel value add team.
Skills & Requirements
Essential Experience
- Significant experience in client leadership and account growth, ideally managing large global FMCG clients.
- Proven experience leading and developing client service or commercial teams.
- Strong track record of revenue growth, commercial ownership and pipeline development.
- Experience working with global or multinational stakeholders across multiple markets.
- Background in consumer insights, market research, analytics, FMCG or retail consulting.
- Experience delivering and overseeing high-impact strategic projects for senior client stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop teams, creating high-performing cultures.

- Strong commercial acumen with responsibility for revenue targets, forecasting and business growth.
- Ability to identify new opportunities, expand existing relationships and drive additional revenue streams.
- Experience developing scalable, repeatable solutions that can be commercialised across multiple markets.
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- Good understanding of shopper behaviour, consumer insights, FMCG markets, marketing effectiveness, retail and customer strategy.
- Ability to translate data and insight into strategic recommendations and business impact.
Collaboration & Network Leadership
- Experience working across complex matrix organisations and international teams.
- Ability to align and influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Track record of driving collaboration between global, regional and local teams.
