Role Description (What you will be doing):

  • Account Development: Grow & advance how clients see our role in their businesses, giving them the insights they need and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
  • Innovation: Real opportunity to develop your consultancy skills; our data gives us a depth of understanding that is unique to our business and allows you to support our clients with new strategies or thinking in their roles.
  • Revenue: You will own a growth target and work with your team to find, develop and close new leads through maintaining client relationships and finding out their key business questions.
  • Collaboration: Work in close conjunction with other units in our business and often with other Insight Agencies that our clients may use to really develop your understanding on a broader level.

  • Commercial & curious mindset with the ability to answer client’s big questions and unafraid to have a point of view.
  • Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs.
  • You have an interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights.
  • A passion for understanding consumer behaviour.
