Role Overview
We are recruiting for a cohort of Client Executives, who will build client relationships through expanding networks and delivering shopper insights in a constantly evolving shopper environment. You will help our clients turn purchase and consumption behaviour into competitive advantages through continuous monitoring, advanced analytics and delivering tailored solutions.
Role Description (What you will be doing)
- Clients: Day to day client management, taking ownership of client relationships across the portfolio.
- On‑site presence: Make effective use of face‑to‑face time at client sites, running effective meetings, building new relationships, and delivering insight with impact.
- Account Development: Grow & advance how clients see our role in their businesses, giving them practical insights and the confidence that we are the right partner for their needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team as well as other areas across the business to deliver outstanding service to the client.
- Insight: Use our data to tell compelling stories based on business questions and demonstrating your knowledge and expertise of our services. Delivering presentations and larger briefs.
- Revenue: You will have a commercial target and work with your team to identify leads, by finding and developing conversations, maintaining strong client relationships and being close to their key business questions.

Skills & Requirements
- Confidence in extracting & translating data sets into inspiring insights for clients, preparing and delivering presentations of a high visual, verbal & written standard.
- Ability to establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Commercial & curious mentality with the ability to answer client’s big questions and unafraid to have a point of view.
- Keen to develop knowledge and be seen as an expert, talking articulately about the industry and client challenges to connect with client needs.
- Interest in new technologies and in the power of consumer data and insights.
- Comfortable leveraging the opportunities of AI.
- A passion for understanding consumer / shopper behaviour.
- Some experience of working in a professional working environment such as an internship, placement year in industry, or other practical opportunities during your studies or early career. This experience doesn’t need to be within market research or insights — we’re particularly interested in individuals who are eager to apply their analytical thinking and commercial curiosity.
