Shaping category visions, evaluating brand growth and NPD strategies, working with multiple agencies, becoming a thought leader and mentoring a team of industry experts are just a few of the highlights you can expect from this fantastic role leading a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Dairy team, supported by 3 people.

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to enhance already strong client relationships with an exciting group of Dairy and plant-based businesses.

You will be asked to continue the high level of service and client satisfaction, further the senior relationships with impactful thought leadership and develop a team of executives and analysts.

This position not only offers the platform to grow senior influencing skills, but also provides the opportunity to drive the wider team/division's thought leadership & PR initiatives.

The Dairy team has a long track record of success, built on outstanding client servicing and commercial practice.

Working with an optimal mix of larger and smaller businesses, it offers the chance to bring our best ways of working to more clients, in turn continuing our commercial success.

Main Duties and responsibilities

  • Work with the Strategic Insight Director to draw up and oversee a commercial growth strategy to drive the long term success of our relationships.
  • Act as an inspiring leader, including the opportunity to speak at conferences if you wish.
  • Deliver valuable insights to the client base, and look to grow our capability footprint from both a Shopper and Consumer perspective.
  • Work closely with the experts around the business, particularly the AA Business Development team, and leverage our full set of advanced analytical solutions to deliver best in class insight and advice.
  • Lead a team of 2 (Client Executive to Client Manager level)
  • Lead initiatives across the senior leadership group to benefit the wider business and teams
