You’ll be the bridge between nume and the broker community. Your job is to teach brokers the overpay‑vs‑invest framework, build a community around it, and grow a referral network that sends clients our way. This is a movement‑building role for someone who already has relationships in the broker world and genuinely believes better financial education changes lives.

What you’ll do and what you’ll walk away with:

  • Build a community of mortgage brokers who champion the overpay‑vs‑invest conversation with their clients.
  • Run education, webinars, workshops, content series teaching brokers to have this conversation confidently.
  • Create content (LinkedIn, newsletters, short video) that establishes you as the go‑to voice for this movement.
  • Develop broker partnerships that generate referrals to Nume.
  • Represent Nume at broker events, masterminds and industry groups.
  • Track and report on broker engagement, partner activity and referral pipeline.

Who you are:

  • You’re a qualified mortgage broker (CeMAP or equivalent) with at least 3 years’ experience and an existing network where people pick up when you call.
  • You have personality — the kind that comes through on camera, on stage and in a room of strangers.
  • You believe in financial education, not just financial products.
  • You’re curious about the world beyond mortgages — fintech, marketing, startups, community‑building — and ready to learn fast.
  • You like working independently with a small, ambitious team that moves quickly.
