HGV Class 2 Driver in Doncaster

Number1Drivers are looking for HGV Class 2 Drivers, to join our team based in Doncaster. This is a full-time contract, with ongoing work over the peak period

The role will involve: Driving HGV Class 2 vehicles, making two-person deliveries to residential properties. You will be delivering goods, working as part of a team, and providing excellent customer service. Manual handling and heavy lifting will be involved.

Working Hours:

• Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern
• No Sundays. Mondays can be available for overtime during busy periods
• Start time usually 06:30am each day
• Average shift length of 9-11 hours

Salary:

• £14.02 per hour PAYE, Paid weekly every Friday
• £21.03 per hour overtime over (48 hours)
• Holiday pay is accrued and paid in addition separately

Requirements:Must hold UK HGV Class 2 (C Cat) licence for a minimum of 2 years, valid CPC and digi card, no more than 3 points. Experience preferred in Home delivery and good customer service skills
