Number 8 Resourcing Ltd seeks an experienced Concrete Supervisor to oversee the production of precast concrete panels at Colnbrook. You will manage daily operations, ensure quality and safety, and drive production targets while coordinating with logistics to meet delivery schedules.
The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in a concrete or precast environment, strong reading of drawings, and solid leadership and communication skills. NVQ3 in Construction or Manufacturing is preferred.
