We are a high-volume hospitality operation with a strong events and matchday trade, regularly delivering football and concert hospitality experiences. This is a fast-paced, operational leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, leads from the front, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences across all areas of the business.

The Role

As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of all food and beverage departments. You will lead, motivate and support a large team while ensuring the smooth delivery of restaurant, bar, beer garden and event operations. The successful candidate will be highly organised, operationally strong, and confident managing multiple moving parts simultaneously particularly during busy matchdays, concerts, functions and large-scale outdoor events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets
  • Lead and manage a large front-of-house team across restaurant, bar, beer garden and events
  • Ensure all events and function spaces are fully prepared, set and reset efficiently for upcoming service
  • Maintain high standards of guest service, presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue
  • Coordinate matchday and concert hospitality operations alongside senior management
  • Ensure smooth service across the restaurant and outdoor beer garden during peak trading periods
  • Manage staff rotas, labour control and team performance
  • Recruit, train and develop team members to maintain excellent service standards
  • Work closely with kitchen and senior management teams to deliver seamless operations
  • Monitor stock control, ordering and supplier management
  • Ensure all licensing, health & safety and food hygiene regulations are fully adhered to
  • Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively resolve operational issues

  • Is genuinely hands-on and comfortable working on the floor during busy services and events
  • Has strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm under pressure
  • Has excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Understands large-scale event operations and hospitality service standards
  • Must be fully flexible with working hours, with the role heavily focused around weekends, evenings, matchdays, concerts and major event days
  • Understands that hospitality is not a Monday-Friday role and is committed to being present when it matters most to the business
  • Has a passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a unique and exciting hospitality venue in a prime Southside Glasgow location
  • A varied role with a strong mix of restaurant, bar and events operations
