Number 10 hotel is looking for reliable and hard-working food and drink staff to join the team. This is primarily a seasonal role running from April to September, with the opportunity to extend to the festive season. This is an ad-hoc job depending on staffing requirements, and you will be required to work evenings, weekends, and breakfast shifts. You will be paid a wage ranging from Β£7.55 to Β£12.21 per hour.
As a member of the food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless running of the restaurant and bar as well as within our function suite and beer garden by providing an excellent and highly efficient service to our guests.
For This Role You Must:

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the smooth running of the F&B department where all aspects of the guest food and beverage service experience are delivered to the highest levels
- Seat guests, take orders, pour and serve drinks, deliver food, and take payments
- Operating tills and cash handling in accordance with company procedures and practices
- Assist in the set up and clear down of weddings and events
- Being aware of procedures and protocols for the specific area you will be working in
- Delivering outstanding customer service to all our guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures
- Carrying out cleaning duties
- Ensuring all equipment and appliances are maintained and cleaned to standard, reporting breakages immediately
- Follow company waste procedures
- Swift action of hazards making sure you report any anomalies to the line manager
- Assist in rotation of stock
