As part of our team, you’ll experience a dynamic and supportive environment where creativity thrives, and your contributions make a real impact. We’re committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace where every voice is valued, and different perspectives fuel our innovation.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Mission: As the Global Sales Director, TMC, Consortia & Extended Stay, you own two equally strategic pillars of Numa's global commercial growth: managing Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Consortia as key global accounts, while also driving Numa's Extended Stay strategy and relationships into the corporate housing and relocation market. Your mission is to build and scale a high-growth intermediary channel strategy with a global account management approach - deep relationships, complex negotiations, strategic distribution optimization and a long-term view of the account. This role is pivotal to the Numa Sales organisation acting as a central coordination across sales, revenue, distribution and reservation teams.

You are the architect of both agendas: securing and growing Numa's standing with top-tier TMCs and Consortia as a preferred accommodation partner, while independently driving Extended Stay as a core revenue segment liaising with key corporate serviced accommodation providers and relocation management companies, unlocking new demand.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for both the TMC and Consortia segments and the Extended Stay segment, aligning with the overall company goals and objectives.
  • Key Global Account Management: Own the world's leading TMCs and Consortia, as well as key Extended Stay, corporate housing, and relocation partners, as key global accounts - managing them end-to-end as strategic, long-term partnerships rather than transactional relationships.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and target accounts to maximize revenue and market share across TMCs, Consortia, and Extended Stay, including relocation and project-based demand.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key TMCs, Consortia, Extended Stay partners, and travel industry stakeholders, serving as Numa's primary point of contact.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements with TMCs, Consortia, and Extended Stay partners for Europe & North America.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the global sales team responsible for corporate strategic accounts, as well as Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a seamless experience for guests sourced through both channels.
  • Data & Analysis: Continuously assess and analyze sales data across both segments to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics across to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Marketing & Events: Own and coordinate TMC marketing and events globally, working in collaboration with the marketing and the sales team across regions.
  • Brand Representation: Represent Numa during industry events, client meetings, fairs, and conferences.
  • Systems & Reporting: Maintain sales systems up to date, ensuring accurate account management activity tracking, and forecast data across both segments.

ABOUT YOU

  • Growth Mindset: You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in a fast‑paced ‘scale‑up’ environment where the target is always moving.
  • Proven track record managing key global accounts strategically, with experience across both TMC/Consortia and Extended Stay.
  • Strong existing network, with the credibility to manage them as key global accounts. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Business‑minded and data‑driven, with a strong sense for revenue opportunities and a data‑led approach to decision‑making.

Bonus Points:

  • Fluency in any other European language.
  • Understanding of CRM and GDS platforms to drive efficiency.
