Numan is seeking a proactive Lead Resource & Planning Coordinator to own workforce planning, capacity modelling and resourcing strategy for our clinical function, with growth to Operations. You’ll build forecasting models, capacity plans and dashboards, while managing a Resource & Planning Coordinator to support day-to-day delivery.
You’ll report to the Head of Clinical Operations, and there is a clear path to broaden this role into broader Resourcing leadership as operations scale across all.
