The role
We are seeking a Strategy & Commercial Associate to support growth and performance within a key business unit of our Obesity category. This is a hands-on, analytical role designed for someone earlier in their commercial or strategy career who wants exposure to end-to-end business ownership in a high-growth, regulated environment. You will work closely with senior commercial leaders and cross-functional partners to help translate strategy into execution and ensure day-to-day performance is well understood and optimised.
Reporting to the Commercial Director (Obesity), you will own commercial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic initiatives across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
You’ll be:
- Supporting commercial performance through analysis of revenue, margin, retention, and unit economics.
- Assisting with P&L reporting and helping identify performance drivers and improvement opportunities.
- Building and maintaining data-informed business cases, models, and forecasts.
- Supporting the development of segment strategy, pricing, packaging, and proposition updates.
- Working with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to translate strategic priorities into clear actions.
- Helping to define and track KPIs to measure success across the business unit.
- Contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at improving patient and customer experience.
- Preparing insights, recommendations, and materials for senior stakeholders.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Early experience in a commercial, strategy, consulting, finance, or analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills, with confidence working with data, models, and performance metrics.
- A structured problem-solving approach and curiosity about how businesses grow.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.
- Clear communication skills, able to distil analysis into actionable insights.
- A customer- or patient-centred mindset.
It’s a bonus if you have:
- Experience in healthcare, consumer health, or regulated industries.
- Exposure to pricing, commercial modelling, or market analysis.
- Experience working with Product, Marketing, or Tech teams in a cross-functional environment.
Our Benefits Include:
- Share options.
- 25 days holiday, plus
