About Numan
Founded in 2018, we’ve already grown to be a 300+ team distributed across the globe, united by a singular mission: empowering people to take control of their health. Numan is transforming health: we’ve built a cutting-edge platform that integrates diagnostics, medication, supplements, digital programmes, and doctor consultations. Giving people the tools they need to maximise life. Backed by top-tier investors, Numan is already having a positive impact on hundreds of thousands of patients here in the UK, and we want you to help us deliver this mission!
The role
As a Senior Product Marketing Product Manager, you’ll own how our products are understood, adopted, and scaled. You’ll translate product and clinical capabilities into compelling value propositions and repeatable go-to-market execution that improves acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work cross-functionally across Product, Marketing, Growth, Commercial, Clinical, Design, and Data to ensure we ship the right story, to the right audience, in the right way and that we can measure what works and iterate fast.
Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning and messaging: develop category narratives, value propositions, and messaging hierarchies grounded in customer insight and clinical integrity.
- Work on go-to-market strategy and launches: contribute to launch goals, target audiences, channel plans, assets, enablement, and post-launch learning loops.
- Partner to shape proposition design: partner with marketing and commercial partners to evolve pricing/packaging, bundles, and offers; validate via research and experiments.
- Drive adoption and funnel performance: identify the highest-leverage opportunities across acquisition → activation → retention; run experiments and optimise journeys.
- Design web-to-app journeys that drive conversion and activation, including experience sequencing, proposition framing, early engagement mechanics, and pricing moments.
- Define lifecycle journeys for existing and lapsed customers in partnership with CRM and Growth teams to drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Build scalable onboarding and engagement systems (not one-off launches) that enable marketing teams to experiment autonomously within clear product guardrails.
- Apply a growth and experimentation mindset, using hypotheses, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to continuously improve performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in product marketing, growth product, or GTM-focused product management in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong ability to craft positioning, value propositions, and messaging, and validate them with research and experiments.
- Experience running launches end-to-end and coordinating across multiple teams (product, marketing, creative, analytics, ops, etc.).
- Commercial and marketing acumen: understands pricing/packaging, unit economics, and how to drive measurable growth.
- Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM mechanics, including activation, engagement, and reactivation programmes.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with funnels, cohorts, experimentation, and defining/reading performance metrics.
- Excellent communication: can turn complex product/clinical concepts into clear narratives and persuasive stakeholder updates.
- High ownership and pace: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, iterates, and improves systems over time.
- Strong CRO and UX instincts, with the ability to improve journeys through experimentation rather than opinion.
- A systems mindset: experience building repeatable frameworks and tooling that scale beyond individual launches.
Nice to have
- Experience in regulated categories (healthcare, fintech, etc.) and can balance compliance with speed.
- Experience launching multi-market propositions or multi-condition portfolios.
- Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM mechanics and retention programs.
Our Benefits Include
- Share options.
- 25 days holiday, plus
