Numan is seeking a People Operations Manager (12 month FTC) to act as the operational backbone of the People Team.

Working with the VP People, you will run day-to-day People operations while contributing to strategic projects and scalable processes as the business grows.

You will own payroll/pensions, implement automation with AI tools, maintain governance and documentation, manage sponsor administration and UKVI sponsorship, and develop analytics to inform decisions across the company.
