The Role: We are looking for a Content & Creative Executive to help build our VMS (Vitamins, Minerals, and Supplements) content engine. This role is a dynamic blend of content strategy, creative execution, and creator management designed to drive customer acquisition and scaled sales performance across our core digital storefronts. In this position, you will be the driving force behind our always‑on creative asset pipeline, directly impacting how our brand scales on high‑growth channels like TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Numan.com.
The Team: You will work within a lean, agile marketing ecosystem, collaborating directly with our Brand, Social, Growth, and Commercial teams. This cross‑functional setup ensures that your creative assets are perfectly aligned with our commercial strategies, conversion optimization experiments, and broader brand narratives.
You’ll be:
- Planning structured content calendars and continuously developing fresh, high‑converting content concepts.
- Researching digital trends and rapidly translating them into engaging hooks, scripts, and creative marketing angles.
- Writing clear, comprehensive creator briefs and coordinating our network of UGC (User‑Generated Content) creators.
- Editing short‑form videos and designing polished static assets for multi‑channel distribution.

- Analyzing creative performance metrics to extract insights and continuously iterating on your designs to improve performance.

- Brings 2+ years of professional experience within content creation, social media management, or creative marketing teams.
- Demonstrates a deep, intuitive understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and the evolving mechanics of short‑form video conversion.
- Possesses proficient, hands‑on experience with video editing tools (such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) and design platforms (such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- Exhibits excellent copywriting and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for commercial hooks.
- Is highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally skilled at managing multiple asset‑production timelines simultaneously.
