The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Product Lead to drive commercial growth across acquisition, conversion and retention for our Obesity category.
Numan operates at an interesting intersection of consumer product, healthcare and commerce.
Growing effectively means creating experiences that convert better and retain patients for longer, while maintaining clinical safety, patient trust and the standards expected of a regulated healthcare business.
This role will lead product across some of the most commercially important parts of that system, from how prospective patients understand and enter Numan, through to how we improve conversion, proposition performance, retention and long‑term patient value.
You’ll work directly across Product, Design, Engineering, Clinical and Commercial teams, turning company priorities and complex constraints into clear product choices and measurable outcomes.
You’ll be expected to make strong calls in an environment where opportunities move quickly, regulation changes, commercial pressure is real, and the right answer often requires balancing several competing forms of value.
We’re looking for someone with exceptional commercial product judgement, strong product craft, and the ability to move fluidly between strategy, discovery and hands‑on execution.
You’ll be
- Turning company strategy and commercial priorities into a defensible product roadmap across acquisition, conversion and retention.
- Making the calls where commercial opportunity, patient need, clinical safety and execution risk intersect.
- Owning the successful delivery and performance of the product area, with clear accountability for measurable commercial and patient outcomes.
- Understanding Numan's regulated clinical environment deeply enough to grow commercially while protecting patient safety and compliance.
- Using AI personally to increase the quality and speed of your own work, not simply managing teams that build AI features.
- Succeeding through the quality of both your decisions and the environment you create around them.
You’ll have
- Experience leading product for consumer digital products, with direct accountability for acquisition, conversion or retention outcomes.
- Experience working in regulated environments and translating regulatory or clinical requirements into product decisions.
- A clear sense of when experimentation is valuable and when conviction and speed are more appropriate.
- Exceptional product judgement and the ability to make difficult trade-offs in ambiguous environments, with the confidence to defend what the team will and won't do.
- Evidence of personally using AI to materially improve how you work.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across executive, commercial, clinical and technical audiences.
It’s a bonus if you have experience in
- Digital healthcare.
- Subscription, recurring‑revenue or direct‑to‑consumer business models.
- Using AI‑native workflows to design, prototype and ship product experiences end to end.
- Owning a product experience end‑to‑end (e. g. acquisition and retention).
Our Benefits Include...
- - Share options.
- - 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan).
- - Health insurance with Vitality .
- - Electric car salary sacrifice scheme with Octopus .
- - Enhanced maternity and parental leave.
• - A day off on your Birthday!
- - Nursery benefit provided by Yellow Nest .
- - Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts).
- - Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions).
- - Flexible working options, including a dog‑friendly office in Farringdon.
- - Personal training and development budget via Learnerbly.
- - Wellhub membership, giving you access to over 2,000 locations in the UK.
- - Cycle to work scheme.
- - Season ticket loan.
- % - Discount on Numan products for your friends and family.
- - Paid volunteering days.
- - An additional 2 weeks off once you reach your 5th anniversary with Numan.
