  • Collaborating with brand and content teams to ensure behavioural programme principles are applied consistently across all messaging and communication.
  • Contributing to the ongoing evolution of Numan’s Weight Management Programme, designing bespoke, evidence-based curriculum and patient journeys that integrate diet, activity, stress management, and psychology, delivered through product, AI, and human coaching.
  • Supporting the development of Numan’s broader behaviour change strategy and innovation initiatives across all health domains.
  • Managing a pipeline of behavioural science and obesity-focused research, supporting scientific publications and conference presentations to showcase Numan’s credibility and programme effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with the Head of Health Coaching to support integration of human coaching models across respective product teams.
