Numan is seeking a dedicated behavioural health professional to join our Clinical Research team for a Lilly-funded project. Reporting to the Head of Clinical Research, you will coordinate the study logistics, help design the intervention, and deliver the 6-week group coaching series to participants.
You will combine clinical credibility with coaching finesse, ensuring fidelity to behavioural science standards while coordinating recruitment, data collection, and governance across internal teams.
