The Role
We are seeking a Marketplace Manager to lead the growth of our supplements business on third‑party platforms. This is a unique opportunity for someone with an owner’s mindset to develop and manage a business within a business. You’ll be responsible for the full commercial lifecycle of our marketplace presence, from planning to day‑to‑day execution. You will play a key role in strengthening our current UK Amazon business while expanding our reach beyond the UK, identifying new opportunities, and opening access to new markets through marketplaces.
Your Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing the overall strategy for Numan’s supplement portfolio on platforms like Amazon, TikTok, and other key marketplaces.
- Overseeing day‑to‑day marketplace growth and operations, including inventory, content, advertising, pricing, and performance monitoring to support sales and profitability.
- Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for new product launches and line extensions that align with Numan’s mission.
- Supporting expansion by planning and launching Numan’s supplement products in new channels (TikTok) and markets across Europe and beyond.
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and inform evidence‑based decisions for channel growth.
- Ensuring product listings are optimised, compliant with all regulations, and reflect Numan’s brand quality.
Your Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar Amazon/Marketplace role; vendor experience is essential.
- A proven track record of managing and growing a business on Amazon, TikTok, or other marketplaces, either within an agency, a company, or through personal entrepreneurial ventures.
- Demonstrated success in Amazon Advertising (Seller Central and Vendor Central).
- Experience creating and managing marketplace platforms and tools, including running performance marketing campaigns on Amazon or other PPC channels.
- A strong analytical mindset, comfortable with data, and capable of identifying market opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- A proactive, independent, and entrepreneurial approach to work, with a desire to take ownership and build a business from the ground up.
- Experience with international market entry, including understanding operational and regulatory differences between regions, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate plans and collaborate across teams.
