You have great conceptual ideas, an eye for detail, a drive for getting things done and a real desire to learn, build and improve. You will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and bring fresh, conceptual ideas to help shape a modern, high-growth health tech brand. You will be:

  • Supporting the delivery and promotion of our dynamic health-tech brand.
  • Responsible for developing brand assets with consistency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with the brand team and contributing to larger brand-building initiatives, as well as nurturing junior talent.
  • Sourcing, editing, art directing and retouching imagery as needed.
  • Working on larger, multi-year brand-building initiatives with modern, progressive conceptual thinking.
  • Collaborating with wider teams across Numan in a constructive, professional, and enthusiastic way.
  • Bringing your ideas to life quickly and creatively in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A world-class brand identity designer with extensive and tested experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing a variety of deep conceptual brand thinking, considered graphic design systems as well as innovative, challenging and vibrant work.
  • Developed skills in all leading design software.
  • Experience in bringing senior stakeholders along a complex creative journey.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills.
  • Consultative and collaborative problem-solving working style.

Itโ€™s a bonus if you have:

  • Additional creative skills are encouraged, but not essential. This could be 3D design, video editing, motion design, animation, photography, audio production, interior design etc.

Our benefits include:

  • Share options.
  • 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays (increasing to 30 the longer you stay with Numan).
  • Health insurance with Vitality.
  • Enhanced maternity and parental leave.
  • Nursery benefit provided by YellowNest.
  • Employee assistance programme (access to therapy, financial planning and discounts).
  • Generous pension (includes both employee and employer contributions).
  • Flexible working options, including a dog-friendly office in Farringdon.
