We’re looking for a Partnerships & Growth Manager to build and own one of Numan’s most exciting growth levers. This isn’t a traditional affiliate role — it’s about spotting opportunity in every conversation and turning it into something that moves the needle. You’ll be architecting creative, high‑impact partnerships: barter deals that give us access to engaged audiences, co‑branded campaigns, product giveaways, native integrations, and channels we haven’t even explored yet. You’ll also manage our agency relationship across affiliate marketing, but you don’t need to be a technical affiliate expert — we care far more about your instinct for a deal and your ability to make things happen.

If you’ve thrived in a high‑growth challenger brand or fast‑moving startup, love the hunt for new opportunity, and have the tenacity to take an idea from first conversation to live campaign — this role was built for you.

  • Owning the Partnerships strategy end‑to‑end — identifying, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals that drive meaningful growth for Numan.
  • Leading creative, strategic partnership structures: barter arrangements, audience sharing, product collaborations (think: Oura Ring giveaways), and co‑branded campaigns that go beyond standard affiliate mechanics.
  • Proactively hunting for new channels and partnership models — native integrations, brand‑to‑brand partnerships, emerging platforms — with a bias for testing and learning fast.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of high‑value partners across relevant verticals, from first outreach through to onboarding and activation.
  • Designing commercially sound deal structures and evaluating profitability, ensuring every partnership delivers genuine ROI.
  • Managing our affiliate agency relationship day‑to‑day — holding them accountable, aligning on strategy, and ensuring performance — without needing to be deep in the technical weeds.
  • Collaborating cross‑functionally with brand, creative, product, and CRM teams to bring partnership campaigns to life in a way that feels native to Numan.
  • Staying close to market trends and competitor activity to identify whitespace opportunities before anyone else does.

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Proven experience in growth partnerships, brand partnerships, or commercial development at a high‑growth challenger brand, startup, or similarly fast‑paced environment.
  • A relentless deal‑making instinct — someone who sees a brand and immediately starts thinking about what a partnership could look like.
  • Experience structuring and closing creative commercial deals beyond standard affiliate — barter, revenue share, product collaborations, co‑marketing, audience access arrangements.
  • Strong commercial acumen: you can build a business case, sense‑check a deal structure, and know when to walk away.
  • Experience managing or overseeing agency or network relationships (affiliate or otherwise), with the ability to direct without being hands‑on in every platform.
  • Outstanding relationship‑building skills — you open doors, build trust quickly, and know how to get to yes.
  • Comfort operating in a regulated or compliance‑aware environment, where creativity has to work within guardrails.
  • A high‑tenacity, problem‑solving mindset — you don’t wait for the perfect brief, you make things work.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in a regulated industry (health, fintech, insurance, or similar).
  • An existing network of brand and partnership contacts across relevant UK verticals.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks (Partnerize, Impact, Awin) or performance marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience aligning partnership activity with brand identity and tone of voice.

Our benefits include:

  • Share options.
  • 25 days holiday, plus.
