- Overseeing day‑to‑day service delivery, ensuring clinical safety, SLA adherence, and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance and cost metrics, using these insights to improve service delivery, enhance clinician utilisation, and increase workforce efficiency.

- Mapping and understanding the end‑to‑end clinical journey, including data points contributing to clinical operations metrics.
- Ensuring all clinical processes comply with CQC standards and maintain inspection‑ready documentation.

- Experience scaling high‑volume clinical services safely and efficiently in fast‑paced or high‑growth environments.
- The ability to balance day‑to‑day operational execution with process improvement initiatives that streamline workflows and improve outcomes.

- Experience implementing or working with technology‑enabled workflows, including automation and AI, to enhance efficiency, safety, and team effectiveness.
- Applied clinical knowledge in practice, either as a registered clinician or through hands‑on experience working closely with prescribers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience collaborating across functions (e.g., product, operations, commercial) to ensure clinical decisions and processes are effectively implemented in practice.
It’s a bonus if you have:
