The role We’re looking for an Affiliate & Partnerships Manager to drive growth across one of Numan’s most exciting marketing channels. You will build and manage a high-performing ecosystem of affiliates and brand partners, executing smart, data-driven strategies that balance performance with brand impact. While also turning partnerships into a growth engine, leading negotiations, optimising performance, and uncovering new opportunities that push the Numan brand forward.
- Owning and executing the Affiliate & Partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business growth objectives.
- Planning, managing, and optimising the affiliate and partnerships budget to achieve growth and ROI targets.
- Scaling existing partner campaigns to maximise performance and efficiency.
- Collaborating with external agencies and affiliate networks to manage day-to-day operations, optimise campaigns, and enhance partnership results.
- Identifying, recruiting, and building a strong pipeline of high-performing affiliates and strategic brand partners across multiple verticals.
- Leading negotiations on partnership terms, commission structures, and promotional opportunities.
- Designing commercial propositions and financial models to evaluate and maximise deal profitability.
- Planning, launching, and monitoring full-funnel co-branded campaigns with partner brands, ensuring seamless integration into the broader marketing mix.
- Staying ahead of market trends by identifying and testing new, scalable growth opportunities within the partnership ecosystem.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Significant experience in Partnerships or Affiliate Marketing within large D2C brands.
- Experience in med-tech is a plus.
- A strong new-business mindset with a proven ability to negotiate and close complex, high-value deals.
- Solid understanding of the UK affiliate and partnerships landscape, including key industry players.
- Hands‑on experience managing diverse partnership models (CPA, CPA + flat fee, revenue share, barter).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing seven‑figure budgets and making ROI‑driven decisions.
- Experience building financial models to evaluate campaign and partnership profitability.
- Proven track record in building and managing partner pipelines, evaluating deals, lead outreach, negotiations, and onboarding high‑impact partners.
- Experience working with affiliate networks (e.g., Partnerize, Impact, Awin) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker).
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing full‑funnel partnership campaigns aligned with acquisition, awareness, or retention objectives.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- A strategic and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems and optimising performance.
- Practical experience identifying and resolving tracking or technical issues within affiliate programs.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for leveraging AI‑driven solutions to optimise processes, enhance performance, and drive innovation.
