As a Senior Manager of Real Estate Development, you will be in charge of Numa’s UK expansion and growth strategy. The role comes with high impact and responsibility, working closely with our Founders and Leadership Team.
About the Role
- Sourcing of new hospitality properties and strategic partnerships for Numa’s real estate expansion across the UK (England, Wales & Scotland)
- Negotiate and execute transactions on a regional, national and international basis for Numa
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders e.g. real estate developers, asset managers, family offices and investors
- Work closely with the management team to drive property expansions
- Review and negotiate transaction terms and documents (LOIs, Leases, etc.)
- Preparation of materials for the internal investment committee
- Perform market and data analyses to evaluate new market expansion opportunities
- Analyse area zoning, building codes, and regulatory conditions
About You
- 5+ years of real estate private equity, real estate investment, consulting and/or development experience
- Proficient in financial modelling and quantitative analysis – especially in Excel
- Strong leadership skills
- Growth-oriented with a drive to exceed all goals
- Be entrepreneurial, self-driven and motivated
