As a private clinic led by Dr.
Nur Ozyilmaz, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care through innovative HBOT treatments.
Due to rapid growth, we are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and provide an outstanding experience for our patients.
About the Role As a NUMA Patient Care Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from their first interaction to their departure.
You will manage front desk operations, schedule appointments, follow up with patients and provide excellent customer service while working under the supervision of our Clinic Manager and Medical Director.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, or front-of-house roles in a clinical setting who thrives in a professional and patient-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for all patients.
Manage front desk duties, including answering calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
Handle appointment scheduling using clinic booking systems.
Assist patients with pre- and post-treatment inquiries, ensuring they feel supported and informed.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Coordinate patient paperwork, including consent forms and medical histories.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Assist with administrative tasks, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a healthcare receptionist, patient care coordinator, or administrative role (minimum 4 years preferred).
A customer-focused mindset – You genuinely care about patient well-being.
Experience in high-standard environments , such as a clinic, hospital, or private healthcare setting.
Strong organisation and multitasking skills – Ability to manage a busy front desk efficiently.
Confident communication skills – Comfortable handling phone calls, patient inquiries, and front desk interactions.
Tech-savvy – Familiar with Microsoft Office and booking systems.
Passion for health & well-being – Enthusiasm for uplifting people and making a difference.
