We’re seeking a talented Senior Lighting Designer to join our London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lighting professional with a minimum of 5 years’ experience working within an independent lighting design studio.

As a Senior Lighting Designer, you will:

·Lead and inspire a team of lighting designers across a diverse portfolio of projects.

·Oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest design standards.

·Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining responsibility and ownership of assigned projects.

·Report directly to Associates and Directors while managing and mentoring junior team members.

·Strive to improve the quality of design and documentation across all outputs.

·Pitch ideas confidently and present creative visions clearly to both clients and team members.

·Contribute to business development efforts and support the growth of our studio.

We’re looking for someone who is:

·A natural leader, capable of motivating and mentoring team members.

·An excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.

·Highly pragmatic, with exceptional project and time management skills.

·Commercially astute, with a solid understanding of business operations and development.

·Passionate about lighting design and committed to fostering learning and innovation within the team.
