  • Maintain an accurate inventory of company hardware (laptops, tablets, mobile devices)
  • Image, configure, and ship equipment for new hires; manage returns and reallocation for departures
  • Track asset assignments, warranty status, and lifecycle (procurement through retirement/disposal)
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs or replacements
  • Manage relationships with equipment vendors and shipping logistics as needed
  • Security Support (Backup to Security Analyst)
  • Act as backup support for routine security tasks when the Security Analyst is unavailable
  • Assist with monitoring security alerts and escalating issues appropriately
  • Help maintain security tooling configurations (e. g., endpoint protection, MDM policies)
  • Support basic security hygiene tasks: patch management tracking, MFA enforcement checks, password policy compliance
  • Help document security procedures and contribute to incident response support when needed

  • General IT Support
  • Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner
  • Maintain internal documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline repetitive access and inventory tasks
  • Support security audits, compliance initiatives, risk assessments, and remediation activities.
