About the role

Nulo is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to help scale and strengthen our European supply chain operations. This role will support procurement, inventory management, product lifecycle coordination, and master data governance while helping the business move quickly and make better decisions through strong analytics, process discipline, and cross-functional execution of the European business. This person will play a critical role in keeping products flowing, data accurate, launches organized, and supply chain processes aligned with Nulo’s growth. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working in the details and stepping back on improving systems, identifying risks, and driving better business outcomes.

What you’ll do

  • Procurement & Supply Support
    • Support European procurement activities including purchase order creation, order tracking, supplier follow-up, and inbound visibility.
    • Monitor raw material, packaging, and finished goods supply positions to help prevent shortages and support service goals.
    • Partner with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to improve material flow, communication, responsiveness, and execution.
    • Maintain European demand forecasts and inventory projections in partnership with sales, marketing, and operations to support supply planning and inventory optimization.
    • Load monthly production invoices onto the NetSuite ERP system.
    • Identify supply risks early and escalate issues with practical recommendations.
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor daily inventory levels across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods to support sales, service, shelf-life, and working capital objectives.
    • Analyze slow movers, overstocks, stockouts, and aging inventory; recommend corrective actions.
    • Support supply-and-demand planning by collecting, organizing, and synthesizing inventory-related inputs from internal and external partners.
    • Partner with warehouses and 3PLs to improve visibility, transaction accuracy, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Product Lifecycle & Innovation Support
    • Coordinate supply chain readiness for new product launches, transitions, reformulations, packaging changes, and discontinuations.
    • Help ensure new items are operationally set up on time and that supply chain dependencies are visible and managed.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and procurement to support promotions, customer load-ins, and innovation initiatives.
    • Support product lifecycle discipline so new products move quickly without creating avoidable supply or master data issues.
  • Master Data, Analytics & Systems
    • Maintain and improve supply chain-related master data in ERP and related systems, including items, vendors, planning attributes, and other critical records.
    • Help drive data accuracy, process consistency, and governance across supply chain workflows.
    • Use data, reporting, dashboards, and AI-enhanced Power BI tools where appropriate to improve visibility, accelerate analysis, and enhance workflow efficiency.
    • Identify process improvement opportunities across procurement, inventory, lifecycle management, and data management.
    • Manage KPI reporting and analysis, including: OTIF (On Time in Full), Inventory turns, Inventory accuracy, Forecast accuracy, Obsolescence and stock ageing, Supplier performance.

Who you are

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the United Kingdom. Nulo is not able to provide visa sponsorship for this role at this time.
  • Demonstrable experience in supply chain, procurement, inventory management, materials planning, or supply chain operations, ideally gained over 3+ years.
  • Strong working knowledge of inventory control, purchasing, item setup, and supply chain coordination.
  • Strong analytical capability, with the ability to translate data into clear insights, actions, and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, V and X lookups, reporting, and data analysis.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and maintaining accurate data within business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-through.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and 3PL partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across UK, Europe & US-based teams.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • NetSuite experience.
  • Experience in pet food, CPG, food, beverage, or another fast-moving perishable goods environment.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, item transitions, or product lifecycle processes.
  • Experience maintaining or governing master data in ERP systems and building reports that translate analysis into action.
  • Power BI experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or workflow quality.
  • Italian or Spanish language skills.
