IT Technician Normanton From £25k + £4800 car allowance. Responsibilities: Support, maintain, improve and upgrade the desktop imaging process. Troubleshoot reported incidents adhering to internal SLAs using the ticketing system. Follow documented procedures to handle open tickets and monitor queues. Apply knowledge to identify issues and internal problems. Collaborate with internal departments. Install and troubleshoot bespoke and third-party applications. Travel to other sites on AD hoc basis to provide desk side support where remote solution cannot be achieved. Experience : At least 18 months in a similar role desirable.
