IT Team Leader Coleshill, Birmingham up to £35k. Responsibilities: Manage the helpdesk, tickets and oversee junior staff members, delegating work and helping them progress. Diagnose and resolve complex IT hardware, software and network issues Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based IT systems, ensuring optimal performance. Provide advanced technical support to end users, including training and troubleshooting. Monitor and respond to IT security threats, performing updates and implementing preventative measures. Oversee system upgrades, migrations and maintenance schedules. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure efficient IT operations and support.
