2nd Line Support Technician
Location: Chester
Salary: £34,000 – £36,000
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Provide in-depth technical support for users via phone, email, and remote desktop sessions.
- Monitor and maintain system health.
- Log, track, and manage incidents and service requests using the ticketing system.
- Install and configure software ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
- Provide support for hardware, including repairs, replacements, or upgrades.
- Assist with user account creation, password resets, and permissions.
Experience Required:
- Windows 10/11
- Active Directory
- O365
- TCP/IP
- DNS/DHCP
- VPNs
- ITSM – Service Now, JIRA, etc.
- AV\’s
- Veeam/Acronis
- VMWare/Hyper-V
