A practising quality professional with experience delivering projects in highly regulated sectors, supporting Quality Managers and project delivery teams to ensure quality requirements and improvements are identified, delivered and maintained across the business.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA and QC on projects, ensuring quality requirements are delivered successfully.
- Collaborate with the Project Management Office and Quality Managers across business lines.
- Author and manage Quality Management Plans, documentation, and deliverables.
- Conduct internal and client audits, governance and compliance activities.
- Provide risk and opportunity assessments relative to regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and clients for quality documentation and assurance.
- Facilitate KPI monitoring, grading, and cost of non‑conformance analysis.
- Contribute to corporate quality strategy, governance, and communications.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in quality assurance and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping, LFE, stakeholder feedback, governance and internal audit.
- Knowledge of QMS/IMS development and management.
- Ability to author Quality Management Plans and related documentation.
- Experience with problem‑solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis and 8D.
- Strong analytical and risk‑management skills related to client regulatory and legal requirements.
