What you will learn and do:
- Supporting the planning, monitoring and reporting of engineering and construction projects
- Working with engineers, designers, contractors and clients
- Managing risks, actions and project information
- Understanding quality, health, safety and environmental requirements
- Building communication, organisation and leadership capability
Subject to performance and business need, there will be the opportunity to progress to the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Project Management, supporting longer‑term professional development within ILIOS.
Profile - What we are looking for:
- Motivated, curious and keen to learn.
- Prior project management experience not required.
- Interest in construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects.
- Good organisation and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Entry Requirement:
- GCSEs: Grade 5-9 (A*-C) in Maths, English, and Science
