ILIOS is seeking a Social Value and Early Careers Advisor to deliver social value commitments under the STEP programme and to build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training providers, community organisations, industry partners and the supply chain.

You will coordinate employability and workforce development activities, track outcomes, and report progress to clients, helping to create pathways into employment and strengthen the UK's fusion energy workforce.
