Job location: West Burton, United Kingdom, England

Duration: Typically 24 months

Qualification: Level 4 Associate Project Manager Apprenticeship

What you will learn and do:

  • Supporting the planning, monitoring and reporting of engineering and construction projects
  • Working with engineers, designers, contractors and clients
  • Managing risks, actions and project information
  • Understanding quality, health, safety and environmental requirements
  • Building communication, organisation and leadership capability

Subject to performance and business need, there will be the opportunity to progress to the Level 6 Degree Apprenticeship in Project Management, supporting longer‑term professional development within ILIOS.

What we are looking for:

  • Motivated, curious and keen to learn. Prior project management experience not required.
  • Interest in construction, engineering or major infrastructure projects.
  • Good organisation and communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Entry Requirement:

  • GCSEs: Grade 5-9 (A*-C) in Maths, English, and Science
  • A-Levels: Minimum 3 A-Levels (A*-C), or equivalent qualifications
  • Must be eligible for security and medical clearance
