Role Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) role is responsible for engaging with customers to understand their technology needs and provide product knowledge to guide customer decisions. This role involves demonstrating and explaining software solution capabilities to inform customer decision making and supporting with managing accounts. This role will also support the wider Sales Team on sales administrative activities. This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals.
- Interact with customers to understand their technology needs and providing recommendations for the right solution.
- Pick up the phone and call people on a daily basis.
- Support with potential business opportunities with clients, discovering and exploring further details regarding the opportunities to build an effective pipeline.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Nuix product and value-adds including new releases and be informed about latest industry developments.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.

- 2–4 years of experience in sales, prospecting, or other customer-facing roles requiring persistence, communication, and relationship building.
- Confidence to present and demonstrate software and solution value to key prospects.
