This position will be based in our London office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from the London office for the remaining days of the week.
Key Responsibilities- Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue goals.
- Connect with people daily through both calls and meetings as part of your routine responsibilities.
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, ensuring retention and ongoing success.
- Drive upsell, cross‑sell and expansion into new teams, regions and use cases.
- Lead the development of proposals, tender responses and commercial submissions.
- Manage pipeline, forecast accurately and achieve both new business and account growth target.
- Drive through the full sales cycle, assessing and building relationships, delivering presentations and winning business.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the Nuix product and value‑adds including new releases and be informed about latest industry developments.
- Collaborate with the Professional Services team to ensure successful customer experience, adoption and engagement.
- Participate at industry events and forums in liaison with Nuix EMEA Marketing.
- Be a Nuix brand ambassador in the marketplace.
- Support the wider Sales Team on sales activities, administration, lead generation calling and events.
- Demonstrate the Nuix behaviours at all times.
- Demonstrated relevant Sales experience at least three years with a track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Strong account management skills with a track record of growing existing customers.
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and influencing complex buying groups.
- Confidence to present software and solution value to key prospects.
- Proven negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively with high levels of attention to detail.
- A self‑starter who is hungry to be part of a high‑performing team environment at a world‑leading software solutions company.
- Ability to overcome objections and obstacles with an openness to feedback and dedication to continued professional development.
- Experience with Nuix or other digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative analytics platforms.
- Experience selling eDiscovery, SaaS, AI, cloud transformation or digital investigation solutions.
- Background working with Advisories, Legal Service Providers and Law Firms.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, data review workflows or investigative processes.
