About the Role: The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing contracting strategies that align with the organization's goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring expansion of hotel portfolio with a competitive cost, quality, and relationship building with the hotel suppliers. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and revenue, to optimize the supply chain and support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize hotel groups and individual properties aligned with Nuitée's demand and growth strategy
  • Actively prospect and engage hotel decision-makers (Revenue, Distribution, Commercial, GMs)
  • Pitch Nuitée's value proposition clearly and confidently, tailored to each partner
  • Lead commercial discussions and contract negotiations with hotels and chains
  • Close direct contracts and ensure clean, complete handover to internal teams
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and progress deals with urgency
  • Work closely with Connectivity and Ops teams to validate feasibility before signing
  • Accurately track deal activity, pipeline, and blockers in CRM tools

What Success Looks Like:

  • New hotels and chains signed consistently and at pace
  • High-quality contracts aligned with Nuitée's commercial and technical standards
  • Short sales cycles and fast progression from first contact to signature
  • Strong collaboration and clean handovers to Account Managers

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing or Administration
  • 3+ years winning hotel supply at an OTA/wholesaler or selling for a hotel group.
  • A contact book across top properties/owner groups—and the confidence to use it.
  • Proven track record closing multi-property or chain agreements.
  • Strong, simple communication; you handle objections and get to "yes."
  • Fluent English + local language.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel (to 40%)
