The Role: We are hiring a Business Development Manager to help build and scale Nuggit’s brand partnerships function. This is a revenue-owning role focused on originating, structuring, and closing partnerships between brands and creators across our portfolio. You will operate end-to-end across the deal cycle, from sourcing opportunities and developing strategic pitches through to negotiation, close, and long-term relationship management. You will also work directly with creators to shape their commercial positioning, helping translate audience, content, and performance into compelling partnership opportunities. This role sits at the core of Nuggit’s commercial engine and is suited to someone who is both commercially sharp and execution-focused - equally comfortable opening doors, closing deals, and building repeatable revenue streams. Our current portfolio is weighted towards sport, gaming, and adjacent cultural verticals, working with brands that consistently invest in these ecosystems.
