We are seeking support workers with experience in assisting individuals with various forms of dementia. At Lime House, we offer residential care in a warm, homely atmosphere, accommodating elderly residents, including eleven dedicated spaces for those with dementia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our beneficiaries, working alongside a supportive and established team while receiving assistance from our business functions.

Our commitment at Lime House is to deliver exceptional care in a nurturing environment, focusing on the holistic well-being of each individual by addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. We prioritize dignity and promote independence, ensuring that residents enjoy privacy and comfort. Additionally, our sensory garden provides a peaceful retreat for residents to unwind and connect with nature.

Experience and Skills (Qualifications)

  • You must be enthusiastic about providing outstanding care to our clients.
  • Be willing to undertake training to achieve your level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care which is fully funded by Nugent.
  • It would be desirable if you had health care experience, preferably supporting individuals with dementia but it's not essential.
  • A good understanding of providing Person Centred Care.
  • The above position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Hours of Work

Contracts of 19.5 hours part time and 39 hours full time.
