About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our leadership team within Pathways East. The Pathway Lead is a pivotal role providing senior operational and quality leadership across our Pathway services, ensuring exceptional standards of care and compliance. Working closely with the Head of Pathways, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold the registration for our Children’s residential service within the Pathway – Lime Grove Cottage
  • Provide leadership and oversight across other designated Pathway services – The Orchards and Lime House
  • Drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with:
    • CQC
    • Single Assessment Framework
    • Ofsted
    • Social Care Common Inspection Framework
    • Statutory safeguarding requirements
    • Local authority commissioning standards
  • Champion a positive culture focused on high-quality care and strong outcomes for service users

About You

We are looking for a strong and inspirational leader who:

  • Has significant experience in children’s social care or regulated services
  • Has a proven track record in leadership, service delivery, and quality improvement
  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (CQC / Ofsted)
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding care and outcomes
  • Can effectively lead, motivate, and develop teams
