Pathway Lead – Clinical to provide operational and clinical leadership across Pathway Services. You will oversee service quality, governance, workforce development and safe clinical practice, ensuring people with complex needs receive high-quality, person-centred care. Working closely with internal teams and external professionals, you will lead on clinical oversight, staff competency, safeguarding, audits and continuous improvement while promoting a positive culture of accountability, learning and excellence.

Successful Applicant

You will be a Registered Nurse (Adult, Mental Health or Learning Disability) with current NMC registration and post-registration clinical experience. You will have strong leadership skills, experience supporting complex health needs and confidence in clinical decision-making, delegation and multidisciplinary working. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding care, with the ability to inspire teams and drive high standards across services.
