About the Role
We are looking for a Night Support Worker to join our caring team at Lime House, a residential home offering a warm, homely environment for elderly residents, including eleven spaces for individuals living with dementia. In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping us deliver exceptional, person‑centred care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. Our commitment is to promote dignity, independence, and comfort, ensuring every individual feels valued. Residents also enjoy our beautiful sensory garden—a peaceful space to relax and connect with nature.
Experience and Skills
- Enthusiasm for providing outstanding care.
- Willingness to undertake training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care (fully funded by Nugent).
- Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with dementia (desirable but not essential).
- A good understanding of Person‑Centred Care.
Hours of Work
Part‑time: 19.5 hours per week
