We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Lichfield Close in Netherton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, home‑like environment, providing residential care and support for three gentlemen with learning and physical difficulties. Essential qualifications:

  • Good listening and communication skills with people with a learning disability.
  • Ability to encourage and enable service users to make choices and take control of their lives.
  • Ability to assist with personal care while maintaining independence, privacy, and dignity.
  • Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).

Desirable qualifications:

  • Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities).

Hours: Contracts available: 1 × 39 hours and 2 × 19.5
