We are looking for experienced Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Lichfield Close in Netherton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a warm, home‑like environment, providing residential care and support for three gentlemen with learning and physical difficulties. At Nugent Community Choices, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care that promotes privacy, independence, and dignity. Essential qualifications:
- Good listening and communication skills with people with a learning disability.
- Ability to encourage and enable service users to make choices and take control of their lives.
- Ability to assist with personal care while maintaining independence, privacy, and dignity.
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
Desirable qualifications:
- Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities).
Hours: Contracts available: 1 × 39 hours and 2 × 19.5
