NUGENT carry out large, complex MEP engineering project works in GB, NI & ROI with a workforce of 160 direct employees and 300 sub-contractors. The role: NUGENT are recruiting a finance administrator to add to the growing team. The Company is flexible about the level of experience the candidate should have as there will be a large degree of flexibility about the candidates job role. The candidate should have as a minimum an understanding and some experience of working in a finance function. The role will be predominantly procurement admin and purchase ledger initially, but will also include other areas within the finance function over time. Full on the job training will be provided. The candidate should have excellent IT skills particularly in Microsoft Office applications. You will be a motivated and reliable individual who brings enthusiasm and positively to the team and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to: Finance Director

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Applicants must have a clean driving license
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, with a can-do approach to work and willingness to learn and assist
  • Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work
  • Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment
