Role: Team Leader Location of role: Blackbrook, St Helens. Rate of Pay: £32,540.21 - £34,693.01 per annum, pro rata Hours of work: 38 hours per week Role Description: In consultation with the Registered Manager and the Deputy Managers, the Team Leader will assist in managing the overall daily operations at Marydale Lodge, working with children and young people in a secure residential setting. As a Team Leader you will provide direct line management to a small number of Childcare Workers. Develop and implement care and risk plans based on individualised children’s need in partnership with referring authorities, therapeutic services, senior management and education settings. Model best practice in terms of providing high quality care.
