Nugent is seeking an inspiring and motivated Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations across our Pathway West Services. These include:

  • St Joseph's, a specialist rehabilitation service supporting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injuries, Strokes, Acquired Brain Injuries, and a wide range of neurological conditions.
  • Childwall Park Avenue, a supported living service for young adults with Physical and Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Mental Health needs.
  • Lichfield Close, a specialised supported living service for individuals with Autism and Mental Health needs.
  • Liverpool IC S, a unique service focused on enabling individuals to access their local community independently, empowering them to build confidence and enhance their quality of life.

In this role, you will provide strong, visible leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support across all services.

You will champion continuous improvement, uphold best practice, and help create an empowering, positive environment for both the people we support and our staff teams.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support a team delivering safe, effective care
  • Oversee care plans, safeguarding, and service compliance
  • Support staff development through supervision, coaching, and training
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to audits and quality reviews
  • Build positive relationships with internal teams, families, and professionals
  • Take part in the on-call rota as a Bronze Commander
    NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care essential
  • Experience in adult social care and staff supervision
  • Strong safeguarding knowledge
  • Ability to support people with complex needs
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation and best practice

Desirable

  • Management qualification
  • Experience with rotas/shift planning
  • Knowledge of clinical or behavioural support approaches
  • A full UK driving license
    Fully funded training & clear career progression
