Rate of Pay: Β£25,621 per year, pro rata

Role Description
We are currently recruiting for experience support workers for The Orchards in Billinge Wigan, which provides specialist supported living services adults with a range of needs including physical and learning disabilities, autism, and mental health.

Our principles set a foundation on which we base providing effective support and your role will be key to an individual\βs life. All our services offer individual packages but based on the individual we are supporting being the key decision-maker.
Experience & Skills
- You must be enthusiastic about providing outstanding care to our clients.
- Be willing to undertake training to achieve your level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care which is fully funded by Nugent.
- It would be desirable if you had health care experience, preferably supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities, autism, and mental health) but it\βs not essential.
- A good understanding of providing Person Centred Care.
