Role: Support Worker Location of role: Billinge, Wigan Role Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team at The Orchards. Your role will be essential in delivering person-centred care and tailored support, ensuring individuals remain at the heart of all decision-making. Your role will be essential in providing effective support, as we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of everyone, placing them at the centre of decision-making. Experience & Skills of a support worker: * Passion for providing outstanding care and making a positive impact. * Willingness to undertake training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care (fully funded by Nugent). * Previous experience in health care, particularly supporting individuals with complex needs (physical and learning disabilities, autism, mental health), is desirable but not essential. * Good understanding of Person-Centred Care principles.
